Book You have the capability to store unlimited amount of information about your contacts in Time Manager 7's address book. The address book allows you to organize your information in any format or particular order you wish.
For
example, one contact may simply contain the basic name, address and
phone information, while another one may contain detailed notes about
the contact in addition to the basic information. Inserting blank lines
within the basic address box enables you to create an address box area
as large as you need to contain as much information as you want. Adding
email address hpyperlinks enables you to send emails directly from Time
Manager 7's address book. The powerful search command in the address book view allows you to search for any name, word or phrase within the address book therefore eliminating the need to wade through information to find what you need. The
minimum
of structure within the address book is purposefully designed to afford
you flexibility to design your contact database as it best suits your
needs.
